Attorney General files amicus brief in Weld County redistricting case (Jan. 24, 2024)

Attorney General Phil Weiser filed a friend-of-the-court brief in a case challenging unlawful redistricting maps for the Weld County Board of County Commissioners. The case is League of Women Voters of Greeley, Weld County v. The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld.
