Our State Impact Programs represent innovative, national models for moving forward on some of the most challenging issues facing our state and our country.
The Safe2Tell Colorado model ensures that every student, parent, teacher and community member has access to a safe and anonymous way to report any concerns about their safety or the safety of others. Our mandate is set forth at C.R.S. Section 24-31-601 et seq.
Substance Abuse Trend and Response Task Force
The Colorado General Assembly established the Task Force in 2013 to bring together experts in state and local government, the non-profit sector, and many others to collaborate on this important issue that affects all Coloradans.
Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board
The Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board conducts in-depth reviews of domestic violence fatality cases and presents those reviews to a multidisciplinary committee with 20 professional members. The Board and partners collect, input, and analyze national domestic violence fatality data and report the findings. This work enhances advocacy efforts to effectively leverage the civil and criminal legal systems to help victims achieve long-term safety for themselves and their families.
