Feb. 15, 2019 (DENVER, Colo.) — The federal government’s decision to rollback vehicle emissions and fuel-economy standards will cause more harmful emissions, increase the severity of climate change, and pollute our state, says Attorney General Phil Weiser in a friend of the court brief he has filed in federal court in California v. EPA.

Feb. 14, 2019 (DENVER, Colo.) — Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser today said he will not oppose Clarence Moses-EL’s Petition for Exoneration in a criminal case from 30 years ago that ultimately ended in acquittal in 2015. The motion filed in court today brings the State’s case to an end and allows Moses-EL to receive compensation provided under the Colorado Exoneration Act, §§ 13-65-101 – 13-65-103, C.R.S., for years he spent in prison.

Feb. 13, 2019 (DENVER, Colo.) — Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser has joined a bipartisan coalition of 31 attorneys general in urging the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to continue its identity theft rules which, since their enactment in 2007, have protected consumers from data breaches.
