Company owner Kevin Ryder is also wanted on securities fraud allegations


DENVER- Colorado Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman today announced that a Jefferson County District Court judge has granted the Attorney General’s motion for a preliminary injunction against Guaranteed Solar, LLC, a Lakewood company that sold expensive solar energy systems to residential consumers and then kept the consumer’s money without delivering the systems. The injunction bars the company from engaging in any further sale of solar energy systems.

Colorado to receive over half a million dollars in Abilify settlement
 
DENVER, CO – Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman announced today that she, along with 42 other Attorneys General, reached a $19.5 million dollar settlement with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (“BMS”) related to the drug company’s alleged deceptive trade practices when it marketed Abilify.

DENVER—Colorado Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman announced today that her office secured a significant judgment against a group running an illegal auto title loan scheme in Colorado. The group used a variety of names with consumers, including Sovereign Lending Solutions, LLC; Car Loan, LLC; and Autoloans, LLC.

DENVER—Colorado Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman today announced that several high-ranking members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Gang have pled guilty to charges arising from the wiretap investigation, “Operation Tick & Flea Collar.” In September of 2014, the Attorney General’s Office and the Metro Gang Task Force began investigating high-ranking members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Gang for suspicion of large-scale drug distribution and racketeering.
