Consumer Engagement and Data Services

The Consumer Engagement and Data Services Unit connects with people throughout Colorado to gather information about the issues Coloradans face in the marketplace.

The bilingual unit engages with and listens to people through our consumer fraud hotline. We also provide tools to report potential issues and scams.

The unit also compiles and presents data on a range of subjects. These efforts include assisting with the development of data structures and data systems, creation of reports and dashboards, spatial integrations, and providing other innovative ways in leveraging data to drive resource allocations. Such efforts help inform investigations, provide litigation support, as well as support education and outreach programs along with various policy-related matters.
