The 2020-2021 Debt-Management Renewal Application and Forms have been Sent
The 2020 Debt-Management Registration Renewal Application and Exhibits were emailed on May 6th. Due to the public health crisis from COVID-19, renewal applications must be submitted via email in PDF form. If you fail to submit a completed renewal application by July 1st, your registration will automatically expire. If you did not receive an email with your renewal materials, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any person or organization that provides, offers to provide, or agrees to provide Debt-Management services directly or through others must register as a Debt-Management Services Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, Consumer Credit Counseling agencies, Debt Settlement agencies, telemarketing or marketing companies advertising as Credit Counseling or Debt Settlement agencies.
