The National Conference of Regulatory Attorneys (NCRA) is an annual conference organized by the NARUC Subcommittee on Law. It was created in 1977 by the Subcommittee on Law and was adopted at the 89th Annual NARUC Convention. This conference provides educational and networking opportunities specifically tailored to government utility regulatory attorneys.
Who Should Attend?
The NCRA annual conference is open to all utility regulatory attorneys having statutory responsibility for working with or appearing before State or Federal regulatory agencies.

Join us in Boulder on our Climb to a Clean Energy Future. Speakers and panels across a breadth of utility and regulatory topics will present at this year's conference, and nearly 16 hours of programming, most of which should qualify for CLEs, will be available.
Arrive on Sunday afternoon for conference registration, committee meetings, an introductory session, and an opening reception. Monday will be a full day with speakers, panels, and a banquet at Under the Sun in Boulder. Tuesday will be a half day of panels and speakers, and optional activities in the afternoon including a Boulder Brewery Tour, a tour of National Renewable Energy Laboratory, or a tour of National Center for Atmospheric Research. Wednesday will consist of panels and speakers in the morning, and ethics in the afternoon.
