Student Loan Servicing: General Information

The Administrator of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code held a public rulemaking hearing on September 23, 2019, pursuant to § 24-4-103, C.R.S., pertaining to the “Colorado Student Loan Servicers Act.” The Colorado Student Loan Servicers Act Rules 1-3 were published in the Colorado Register on October 25th.
