2021 Annual Reports to be submitted online, via the Licensing Community portal!
All companies who maintained a Supervised Lender license in 2020 are required to complete the Supervised Lender Annual Report by June 1, 2022 pursuant to § 5-2-304(2), C.R.S. Please be aware that you may be required to complete one or more Appendices based on your answers to the 2021 Supervised Lender Annual Report. If a licensee fails to file the 2021 Supervised Lender Annual Report by July 15, its supervised lender license and all branch licenses will automatically expire pursuant to § 5-2-304(3), C.R.S.
The 2021 Annual Report and applicable Appendices must be uploaded via the Licensing Community portal. Please refer to the 2021 Annual Report Instructions before completing the 2021 Supervised Lender Annual Report and Appendices. The Annual Report and Appendices are available via the portal. The Licensing Community portal login is available at: licensing.coag.gov/s/public-home
