Civics lessons with the Attorney General

Join Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser as he prepares to argue a landmark elections case in the U.S. Supreme Court. Weiser will use Colorado Department of State v. Baca  as a vehicle to illuminate different civics concepts in this video series, including topics like “How does a case get to the U.S. Supreme Court?” and “What is the Electoral College?”

The Colorado Center for Civic Learning and Engagement (C3LE), a nonprofit nonpartisan education organization, will be collaborating on this video series by connecting teachers and students statewide with the videos and any shared resources related to their topics. The primary goal of C3LE is to promote civic education programs in Colorado schools.

We want your input. Please send questions and comments for the Attorney General to oce_partnerships@coag.gov, and they may be incorporated into the video series.
