Colorado Uniform Consumer Credit Code: General Information

Annual Report Information

Our office presented the following materials pertaining to the small dollar lending market in Colorado prior to and after the implementation of Proposition 111 at the Council of Advisors meeting on November 9, 2020. The Annual Report Composite Comparison is based on the data provided by licensees in their 2018 and 2019 Annual Report(s) and is presented in composite format. The information provided by licensees has not been independently verified. The Sample Loan Comparison is based on those charges allowed and refunds required under the Deferred Deposit Loan Act (prior to the implementation of Proposition 111) and the current § 5-2-214, C.R.S., for Alternative Charges Loans. We have also included the Annual Report questions asked of the licensees for the following calendar years:

  • 2018 Annual Report
  • 2019 Annual Report
  • 2020 Annual Report
  • 2021 Annual Report

For a comprehensive list of past Annual Report Composites, visit the Annual Report Composites webpage.
